Get and stay fit Newsletters are normally filled with content of what's going on at the club, but as there is little action I thought I'd share what I have been doing with my spare time. As many of you are aware I enjoy keeping fit, with gyms currently closed it's been home workouts and a few outdoor runs to get fresh air and use my daily exercise.
Those of you that enjoy keeping fit or want to try and get fitter, I can recommend a local personal trainer that is doing free virtual sessions. She does 5 workouts a week live on her Instagram page, they don't cost anything to watch, require no equipment and there are plenty of mobility and core exercises great for your golf.
